In the 'Three Broomsticks'

Lyra entered the warm, cozy and packed pub. Flourish&Blott's had been closed due to 'renovations'. She held up the door for Ron.

[Ron Weasley]

[glow=red,2,300]Thanks[/glow] he replied
[glow=red,2,300]Would you like butterbeer?[/glow]

"Yes, please,"Lyra said, looking around.

[Ron Weasley]

Ron walked up to the counter and ordered 2 butterbeers he handed the worker 12 sickles. Ron gave one of the butterbeers to Lyra. He sat at a table and said, [glow=red,2,300]Potions was horrible today, he didn't teach us anything, just gave us work on stuff that we never learned. He really should try teaching, after all that is his job.[/glow]

"Oh thanks Ron,"said Lyra. Then she remembered that Ron's family was pretty poor and he probably didn't get much pocket money...she blushed and thought"I should have thought of that.....poor boy, spending the little pocket money he gets on me....", but Ron had already started talking about something different.
Lyra said: "Really? Thats one of the reasons I don't want to go to his classes....I like Prof. Sprout though, she always explains everything to us and even does experiments! It's fun!"

[Ron Weasley]

[glow=red,2,300]Yes that class is interesting[/glow] he replied. He took another sip of his drink.

"So...", Lyra began. Ron sure wasn't very talkative. "Um..tell me about your brothers - Fred and George they were called, right? What about their joke shop? Is it going well? I loved the way they left Hogwarts" she smiled.

Ron answered,[glow=red,2,300] Fred and George are doing fine as far as I know. I think they sold peeves those rotten fainting fancies that he's been leaving in the common rooms.[/glow] He took another sip. [glow=red,2,300]Speaking of common rooms, I think you have a great Idea eith the DCR club..I would join.[/glow] he added.

"Aww, they sold them to Peeves?" she laughed. "They're two trouble makers, so they are.
'Oh you like my idea?"she asked surprised and blushed. She had hoped a few people would gain interest. "I just hope Dumbledore lets me do it..."

[Ron Weasley]

Ron replied, [glow=red,2,300]I think he will, he just wanted a catchier title for it, that's all.[/glow]

Lyra emptied her butterbeer. "Yeah, I s'pose so. So...what do you think of the new Charms teacher, Professor Black? She's a bit annoying, huh? But I think that's just cause she doesn't really know how everything at Hogwarts works yet. "

[Ron Weasley]

Ron replied saying:
[glow=red,2,300]She's not to bad, I wonder when her classes will start?[/glow]
He finished the rest of his butterbeer.

"I think they start Monday. But I'm not sure. Let's go somewhere else, it's getting too crowded in here, huh? What about Zonko's? I need some itching powder to put in the girl's bed next to mine. She's such an annoying brat. But hey, wait a minute...you're Ron Weasley, so Ginny Weasley must be your sister, huh? Man, she's great. She sleeps opposite to me. I wish she slept beside me."

[Ron Weasley]

Ron answered, [glow=red,2,300] Yeah, she's my sis.[/glow] He got up and threw away his bottle. He added, [glow=red,2,300]Zonko's sounds good, lets go.[/glow]

Lyra got up and walked out of The Three Broomsticks.
After they had gone to Zonko's and Honeyduke's, it was getting late. She said: "I have to do some studying, so I'll have to go back to Hogwarts again. Is that ok?"
