Faye sat alone at the very back of the place, waiting for her two friends - Darius and Bradley. Although it seemed like a favourable idea at start she was starting to regret the idea. They had been fighting ever since they met each other and she wanted to solve their conflict between each other, thus asking them to meet her here. Nibbling her thumb nail she waited anxiously for them to arrive.

Darius strode in, his neck stretched, searching for any sign of Bradley. He was abnormally pale with nervousness and suspicion, and he grew even paler at the sight of the huge blood stain that had dyed the floorboards of the bar dark brown. It reminded him of the night that Bradley and Darius had had their most recent row, and Darius' hands began to shake. Darius sat down on a bench opposite Faye, and set the school bag he had been carrying on his lap. He peaked his hands, and dropped them on the table. "Oh, no. This is going to go dreadfully," Darius moaned.

Bradley walked into the crowded pub and spotted Faye sitting in a booth not far away. He slid down next to her. "Hey you wanna drink?" Bradley asked with a friendly smile.

"Trust me...that's why I'm sitting in the middle." Faye comforted her friend. "It will go down well...I'm sure." But at the back of her head she couldn't stop worrying about what was going to happen in their meeting.

"Yeah. Thanks." Faye said to Bradley as he sat down. She looked at Darius, warning him not to talk.

Bradley was acting too naturally for Darius to let his guard down. As he caught Faye's warning glance, all Darius could do was blink his eyes at Bradley angrily.

Faye let out a sigh of relief...things were going to be OK...She then placed her hand on the table and cleared her throat. "Wands please." She smiled and waited for the two to hand over their wands.

Bradley glared at Darius and then stood up to get some butterbeers. He returned with two, one for Faye and one for himself. He sat down next to Faye again and resumed his glare

Faye saw Bradley come back with only two butterbeers and frowned. "You want to share mine?" She offered to Darius, kicking both of them under the table to stop scowling at each other.

Bradley then reluctanty took out his wand and handed it to Faye.

Taking Bradley's wand she pocketed it and waited for Darius to hand his over. She knew they understood why she asked for their wands and she hoped that they wouldn't resolve to physical fighting, especially in the presence of their friend.

Darius obediantly handed Faye his wand, and eyed Bradley, hoping he was going to do the same. With his wand out of reach, Darius felt very unprepared. I still have my fists, if it comes to it. Darius thought to reassure himself.

Faye smiled at Darius and pocketed his wand and let out a sigh. "OK...I don't know why you two have started off this way but you two..." She was asking for too much. She reconsidered her sentence. "Try and avoid getting in each other's paths. BOth of you are strong headed and have different opinions, which I respect. But it'll do you no good if you're going to kill each other in the process." She sighed - what was she doing??? She sipped her butterbeer and handed it to Darius.

"I'm sorry, but I have a fear of germs," Darius mumbled, trying to be polite. "And most of the time it was Bradley who started AND finished things. I'm just mad that Bradley's attitude hasn't changed at all, or even he hasn't felt any guilt after almost killing me with his DEATH EATER'S SPELL!" Darius spat. "I deserve an apology."
