Darius rolled his eyes, and curled his right hand into a fist angrily. "I'm ready," Darius muttered. This was embarrasing.

"Hold on a second..." Faye, who usually took things well was quite hurt by Bradley's words. "You're not serious are you?" She said to Bradley. "From now on, you guys are not causing more chaos. Or else I'll have to tell Dumbledore." She finally resolved to that. At the back of her head she knew the two boys were stubborn and they weren't going to go anywhere with this. "Darius...apologize first since Bradley won't." She sighed. She thought Bradley would have the common sense to be serious about the situation but she clearly disappointed.

"I'd rather not," Darius spat. "It wont resolve anything." Darius tood up and grabbed his bookbag from under the table. "I'm sorry that I ever met you," Darius grinned.

Darius didn't feel ashamed but complied just so that Faye would be happy. Darius knew that two words weren't going to fix anything, so it did not stunt Darius' hatred when he apologized to Bradley.
"I'm sorry!" he said.

Bradley stood up and yelled back "I'm sorry too!" Bradley sat down. He examined what he had just said in his head. I guess I really am sorry... Bradley thought. With a sigh of frustration Bradley lay back in his seat, closed his eyes, and continued, "Darius I am sorry for casting my family's curse at you." Bradley wasn't really sorry for anything else but he was sorry for almost killing Darius. "I guess I was angry because your muggle kicky thing was allot more powerful then I thought." Bradley opened his eyes and massaged his stomach where the foot print was still bruises into Bradley's flesh.

"Yes, I took karate when I lived with my parents," Darius said seriously, nodding. Then he sighed. "Well, that was nice," Darius droned sarcastically. "Faye, will you calm down now? We've apologized. We wont be friends EVER but we've said our bit. Now will you please hand me back my wand so I can be leave?"

Faye gave a large sly grin. "You've apologized which is good..." She sighed. "But you're not getting your wands back - you'll have to catch me." She then stood up and bolted out, hoping to start a mad chase around Hogsmede which might bring the two together...hopefully.

Bradley was shocked. Did she just run away with my wand? He stood up and looked at Darius. Bradley wasn't to athletic so he grew worried. "Ummm... Well then..." Bradley then sprinted after Faye.

Darius rubbed his hand over his face and groaned, and then his long thin limbs sprinted after the students, his bag slowing him down slightly. He had been the top runner in his muggle elementary school, and he quickley caught up with them.
"WHAT ARE WE DOING?!" he shouted to the two of them.

"Yes! We won't curse eachother, we promise!" Darius glanced at Bradley, who was lagging behind. "Well, at least I won't," Darius smiled, sprinting ahead of Faye. "Having trouble back there, Bradley?"
